UK DELIVERY:

All orders will be shipped with 24 hours from placement of your order from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or on a UK bank holiday will be shipped on the next business day. We use Royal Mail 24/48 tracked mail for all our UK customers.

If you require an item to be delivered the next day, the order must be placed by 1pm.

All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you miss a delivery, your order will be returned to your local Royal Mail delivery office. A card will be posted through your door notifying you of your local delivery office contact details. You can find your local delivery office at www.royalmail.com.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to the destination country’s postal service for delivery as a registered item.

If you miss a delivery, a calling card will be left with an instructions on how to pick your parcel up.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they will be as they vary greatly from country to country. We would suggest contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing an order.

GENERAL POSTING NOTES

All Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Please note we do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Although we try to ensure that your order is delivered within the specific time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries that are due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays in delivery.
