Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY:
We have a 14-day return policy, this means returned goods are to be received back within 14 days from receipt of the order. To be eligible for a full refund all items must be unused with original labels/tags and in their original packaging. Care should be taken in folding and packing the items for return, ideally in the original packaging.
All returned items should be in the same condition that you received them. Returned goods that are damaged, soiled, altered and without original labels and tags will not be accepted back and no refund will be given. The only exception to this would be in the case of incorrectly supplied and faulty goods where your statutory rights will apply.

The goods remain your responsibility until received by Embark clothiers. You are liable for the cost of the return, unless a mistake was made with your order or you have received a faulty item. Returned items will be refunded minus the delivery charge and any other cost incurred.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When returning goods from overseas please clearly state on the customs form that it is a return. We are not liable for any customs or Vat charges and these will be deducted from the refund.
